ARGUMENTATIVE

Racism is deprived from hegemonical ideas. Today, racism is in existence because it was once created by narrow minded people. It created the tags of "inferior" and "superior". In 2014, a 15 year old colored boy was shot by a policeman for no reason. That event took place because there was no one to speak against it. Instead, today, these events are increasing. Silence increase problems and these problems have also occurred in the 1930s when there was no one speaking against Hitler. He committed the crime of the Holocaust, the genocide, and the Jews went along with it. Hitler, in fact, was encouraged by all around the world to do the worst to the Jews, especially by the Germans. This encouragement and supportive negative spirit led to the worst genocide in history, the killing of around six million Jews.

In 1933, the Germans were facing challenges economically, which led to six million Germans to be unemployed. A group, the Nazi party, promising the advancement and reform, eventually rose to power. Adolf Hitler was the leader and he significantly reduced unemployment. But, he was racist. He believed that the Germans were more important than the Jews. He got more and more supporters causing a never ending cycle. As shown on page two, paragraph two, "As he gained more and more supporters throughout Germany and elsewhere in Europe, already present anti-Semitism (racism) drastically increased." This shows that he got supporters to actually bring a negative change in society. It takes two to make a quarrel, so Hitler wasn't able to do anything alone. Basically, Hitler want the only murderer, but ever supporter of Hitler out there was.

After the anti-Semitism gained a lot of supporters, Hitler started taking huge steps to prove his "point". He started getting more and more supporters towards his actions due to his popularity. Hitler, on April 1, 1933 "called for a boycott of Jewish businesses", shown on page two, paragraph three. This boycott marked the Jews and inferior by shutting down their businesses and attempting forced bankruptcy. He also got support for this boycott. As shown on page two, paragraph three, "The success of this boycott, in essence, gave Hilter the encouragement to begin systematically exporting and exterminating all Jews." This line shows how to Germans supported Hitler in the beginning of the genocide which gave Hitler the ability of killing many and getting away with it. Hitler was able to exterminate all Jews and put them in concentration camps where the Jews were starved, forced labored, beat up, and burned alive in the crematorium.

As Hitler started killing million of Jews, many questions arose. People started asking questions like when will everything end? But the main question asked was whose fault is it? Is it the Jews, the Germans, or Hilters? Many critics blamed Hitler, stating that it is ONLY his fault. They stated that it was his mentality and his negative thoughts that led to these actions. It was his bad mindset and his power forced people to either support or to not talk. As shown on pages 1-2, paragraph two, "He believed that the Germans were the 'master race', entitled to rule the world. In his mind, Jews were poisoning the blood and culture of the Germans from attaining their political and cultural potential." This shows the visualization of Hitlers mindset that led to the awful terrorizing events against the Jews. However, Hitler wasn't the only responible person in this genocide. He got many responds from areas. His actions were direct results of encouragement and also silence. As shown in paragraph three, paragraph four, "Because of Hitler's high popularity among the German people and his significant political successes, some countries and individuals even strongly supported Hitlers actions and ideals." Also, "Others sided and even collaborated with Hitler. Some remained uninvolved." These lines tell us that Hitler was "right" in every supporters mind that made him more excited and encouraged in every step of the way of the destruction of the Jews. Even the people who stood silent are responsible because the shoes that they didn't actually care and that they were okay with what was going on. Hilter had the power to commit his actions. Do all people with power have the ability to actually carry out their intentions even after knowing the consequences?

In conclusion, racism was the major role played in this massive genocide. Hitlers narrow mind mentality of the Germans as "superior" and the Jews being "inferior" led to many negative actions. Hitler was encouraged by the Germans to do the extermination and killing of millions of Jews in concentration camps. Many argued that Hitler was the person behind it but in reality it was every supporter and silenced person out there. The genocide killed 6 million Jews which leaves us with the question whether all powerful people are successful in committing their intentions?
